Antibody library phage display

Antibody libraries: Immunized antibody library, naive antibody library, scFv/Fab antibody library, semi-synthetic/synthetic antibody library.

Display target: Antibody genes are cloned from immunized animals/immune donors, non-immunized donors or synthesized.

Application: New antibodies against purified antigen (proteins, peptides and chemicals), cells, specific surface and in vivo selection.

Aim: New antibodies with improved immuno-activity and stability.

 

cDNA library phage display

Protein domain cDNA library: Displaying cDNA fragments encoded domain proteins.

Bacteriophage: Proteins are displayed at the C-terminus of the T7 gene 10B major capsid protein, with an average of 10 copies displayed per virion.
