Multiple antigenic peptide (MAP) Synthesis

MAP synthesis is a method for producing high-titer antibodies and synthetic peptide vaccines. It is based on a small immunologically active molecule of radially branching lysine dendrites onto which a number of peptide antigens are anchored. It results in a large macromolecule which has a high molar ratio of peptide antigen to core molecule without further conjugation to a carrier.
