VBiolabs offers services to produce recombinant antibody fragments, such as Fab or scFv, derived from phage display antibody library screening or mouse hybridoma cell lines, into full-length recombinant human or mouse IgGs. Our reliable technical platform enables pilot production (from 1 mg to 1 g) of recombinant IgG through transient expression or stable expression within mammalian cells. We use CHO/293 cells for transient and stable expression of humanized/mouse/recombinant IgG. These expressing cell lines contain a single FRT site at a transcriptionally active genomic locus and have been proven to be able to produce high level recombinant human IgG. |
